6AN Fuel Filters Removable and Replaceable Black Anodized Aluminum

Really nice little filter. I used it on my 1990 Toyota pickup w/ a 22RE motor as sort of a pre-filter oil baffle affair for the PCV system. I also have an oil catch can, but I needed something to slow down oil being drawn into the catch can and give the oil some chance to drain back into the valve cover. This little fuel filter worked perfectly. Not only does the 6AN threaded male part thread exactly into the OEM PCV rubber grommet, but a 3/8 vacuum hose slips right over the other 6AN threaded end as well. This made installation super simple.I used some green paint stripper pads below the little stainless metal mesh disk. This gives the oil a baffle to cling onto and then the included stainless mesh disk is above that. So far so good. It still allows plenty of air flow for the PCV system, but provides a nice factory looking setup that prevents the oil from climbing up the hose and into the other oil catch can too quickly.But 5 stars for the quality of this little filter. Threads are nice quality and the construction is top notch. For $12, it can't be beat.
