Arrowhead Mills Organic Bulgur Wheat, 24 oz Bag (Pack of 6)

We love this thing. There is a whole bulgur from another brand but this is like a minced bulgur. Cooks super easy and tastes great.

I have been eating this for years after trying different brands. Definitely the best brand out there with the best taste. I haven't been able to find in stores so that is why I order it (after first trying it from Costco several years ago). But totally worth it. The other brands don't even compare.

Good quality and tastes good. I started with a bag, then bought a box of six twice and will buy again, it's a very good substitute if you want to get away from rice.

I use this product in making bread and also in place of rice or potatoes, with meat, to tmake a well balanced meal

The picture shows whole grains of bulgur wheat showing through the 'window' the front of the package. That is NOT what you get! This bulgur has been milled to be small bits - more like what might be found in Tabouleh. I specifically chose this brand to get the whole grains of bulgur based on the picture that is supposed to be actual product but actually isn't. Completely misleading and it will not work for my recipe at all. Ugh.
