Seams to be made well I like gears on both sides and the ratchet or direction control seems sturdy not really put it to the test yet but it has to be better that the one I took off

Great winch, purchased 2000 lb. model. Very well made and comfortable handle. Tried a cheaper model and it failed first time using. This is well made with dual drive gears. One one each side of the drum. Worked great for a 18 ft center console boat.

Dual gears and large grip on handle make this winch easy to use. Larger than original equipment but well worth the upgrade. Strap hook is larger which I needed for eyelet is welded on bow. Other replacement strap hooks have been too small. I had to bend handle to clear roller (extra long) but it was easy to do and now easy to pull boat up on trailer. Affordable price makes this a perfect fit for my use. Would purchase again if need be, highly doubtful since construction should last a long time.

It’s a good, solid well built winch. Fit perfectly. I wanted the handle on the “other” side. The handle can’t be switched, but it’s easy to unwind the strap and rewind the way you want it. Customer support is awesome!

Solid boat winch , this has the double gear which is a huge plus because single gears strip pretty easy. In its price range it’s the best , I did way too much research on this topic . Just get it , if it’s within the weight capacity.

A really good trailer boat winch. I used it to replace the relatively new winch that the teeth had ground off on my camper trailer. Handle was a little long but I was able to use the old winch handle. Would recommend this product!
