I have been taking this for over a year and a half, I am bone on bone in my knee due to a 4th degree tear to my Meniscus having it removed. I play golf and A LOT of Pickleball, I do wear a brace just to make sure I'm keeping my knee in line. I am able to move a lot better I have no pain when walking downstairs this product has truly helped my active life. Love this product.

This is a great product that has help with my muscle and joint paint. When I ran out I had a gap of time before I realized I needed to reorder. Man did I find out how much they actually do help.

This is kind of a long honest review so I hope that you give me a minute of your time. Before I get into my experience, let me say this: For those who say they had stomach upset, IT SAY TAKE WITH FOOD!!! I have NEVER EXPERIENCED an upset stomach not once while taking it. I take it after eating breakfast along with my other vitamins and meds. So people please eat before taking these (thank me later). Now onto my story…..I purchased these pills January 2025. I started having very bad knee pain in my right knee and I was not sure why. I had knee issues with my left knee and I had surgery in 2022. Although I had the surgery, I still had issues with my knee. It would swell if I stood on it too long or walked on it too long. It hindered me from exercising and doing what I needed to do on a day to day. I noticed in or around April 2025 I was having issues with my right knee. It was getting worse by the day. By the time we got to May, I literally was limping I could not walk properly. It hurt so bad. I tossed and turned at night when I slept because I was in pain. I was taking Motrin and Tylenol together to get some relief for the pain. I went to an orthopedic specialist where I had gotten not only the regular steroid injection, I also got the gel injection within a couple of weeks of each other in the month of June. I was waiting for the gel shot to provide some form of relief and it never did. One day I was doing some research and I remembered that I had purchased this product. So I started taking the pills. I figures it was not going to be an instant relief. But I was determined to continue to take them every day just to see if they would work. I have been taking them every day for a week and a half now and I can honestly tell you that I notice that I do not have pain getting up in the mornings to walk when I get out of bed. It does not hurt as much walking around every day. I can walk as normal. These pills really work. And it’s been a very short amount of time. I really want you to give this product a try for yourself. I’m not sure how it’s not working for others but I can’t tell you it is definitely working for me. I noticed it is also helping with the joint in my right big toe as well. It use to hurt so much randomly and I haven’t noticed that pain either in days. This product is a life saver and I’m happy I found it. My knees are so much better.

After the first week I woke up each day with massive headaches(I am very susceptible to migraines). This supplement has somehow caused a major trigger. I am backing off the 4 a day(2 in the morning and 2 in the evening -with food each time). I am taking just one in the morning and that’s it. I’ll up the amount in about 2 weeks to 2 a day and increase that again in 2 more weeks and so on until I hit 4 a day as recommended. I am hoping this will keep the headaches away. I have noticed a slight improvement in joint pain(at the 4 a day dosage). Hopefully after reintroduction at a lower dosage I’ll be able to build back up and get relief again. And maybe even more pain relief. Of course my husband said I should have started a low dose to begin with (LOL). Live and learn. I’ll edit if possible once I’m on the full regimen and if it still triggers headaches or not. I’ve seen others are experiencing the same effects. So I know I’m not the only one. Female aged 59. I know this is TLDR. Haha.

This supplement is great for daily use.
