This is for men specifically, the claim is that this blade is nick free because of the ceramic blade and gives you clean stubble free feel. Firstly let me say if you’re not stretching the very loose skin on the jewels while you’re using the grooming tool- you will definitely nick yourself. As for the smooth skin finish in the not so sensitive areas, I think it’s okay as it will speed up your grooming process.

i was supposed to replace the blade on my meridian for ages, it started knicking me, but putting one of these new ones on its perfect again and you can go against the grain without any knicks. its the best.

Bad quality my old blade used more than a year it shaves much better than this one ... Not recommended .
