Title says it all. After about a year, I had issues where the camera wouldn't operate or record anything until I was able to manually reformat the card. Works as advertised, and is very clear through the windshield. Worth every penny.

The camera has a battery that is supposed to provide limited power when you turned off the car so you do not loose recorded videos. When this battery fails my camera became inoperative at the 6 month point. I was so disappointed that I stopped trying to contact Nextbase for support. However this is not the only failure. The double sided tape used to attached to the windshield failed within a few months and I requested another type of windshield mount. Nextbase mailed me a suction cup and it held the camera in place. If you live in Florida or in any southern states consider this option since the double sided tape literally melted away until the camera fell off the windshield. I notified Nextbase when my camera went into an endless cycle of trying to turn ON. Please see the video so if this happens to you there is no customer fix action and the camera is useless. I mailed everything back to NEXTBASE and requested a replacement or full refund for my purchase. After 3 weeks of about 30 emails I am still waiting. When the camera was working I was relatively happy with it however the failure of hardware mount combined by the total failure of this device has made me loose faith in this product. Read the reviews and evaluate whether or not you are willing to pay top dollars for this product. I will not recommend this product to anyone.

Work perfect

Do not buy! The internal battery will break after a short while. I have two of these and in just a year, both of them had the internal batteries fail and now they no longer hold a charge and only work when plugged in. This is very irritating as that it will reset the date and settings on the camera every time you shut off your car and you will not have accurate time/date info on your camera files making videos nearly impossible to find and use. The battery is not replaceable and customer service was not good about repairing or giving a replacement. The camera picture quality is good but it's useless when all video files show up with similar date and times (Jan 1, 2018)

SO FAR THE CAMERA HAS WORKED FLAWLESSLY. EXCELLENT CHOICE FOR YOUR VEHICLE. GOOD PRICE TOO.
