Bought it for my daughter’s family. I didn’t read that it needed a subscription, but its a good price. They love it and i just bought them a second one, so their house should be save or safer now. It’s was easy to set up. Picture quality is great, better than expected. It’s just what was needed

Arrived on time. Easy to install. App is easy to use and operate. Picture quality was poor, and had shadowing on it. I contacted Anran customer service and they dispatched a replacement very promptly. Picture quality is excellent. The static camera and remote swivel camera mean I can have the whole rear of my property covered with one camera.

The camera is good quality. The app is a bit clunky and sometimes doesn't save the motion detection videos. Depending on the setting, the battery doesn't last long (maybe 4/5 days) without being charged for at least 10 hours during the day with direct sun light to the solar panel. The good thing is that you can plug it to a normal charger but not ideal to dismount it and plug it indoors unless you run a cable outside instead of the cable coming from the solar panel. Overall it's a good value for money. I also like the fact that all features work fine with just an SD card for storage.

This is my 7th Anran camera. All expect one are working perfectly and the only faulty camera was swiftly replaced by Anran Customer Service. So I can vouch for both the quality of the product as well as the after sales. The Q1 is my favourite, with good picture quality as well as good wifi reception. This makes a big difference outdoors. I have also refined my outdoor installation of these cameras using a gutter downpipe as the pole. Perfect fit for the Q1 and C3. See photo. The cameras are also relatively easy to set up. Only thing to watch out for is the availability of decent wifi signal and sunlight. May require repositioning to optimise both. Other than that, they work as they should.

I bought this camera as my original one didn't cover the area that I needed it to cover and it's great value for money. It's really substantial and well made and looks nice. It was really easy to set up exactly where I wanted it. It seemed to charge much quicker with the power button turned off and is now set up looking over the area I need surveillance. Both night and day vision are good and it's useful having the alerts. It connected to my WiFi extender very easily. All in all, I'm very pleased with it.

I installed the ANRAN Camera with 128 GB Card (Bought Separately). I found the Quality and Clarity is good and can rotate the camera 360 degrees myself. I was disappointed that the camera does not rotate automatically when it detects human or animal. Overall the functionality, picture quality is good. I electrically charged it and will check the solar charge works correctly or not in time.

as good as this is the solar panel is not big enough nor can it keep the camera functioning. it does require a top up every 10 or so days. setup is easy, video coverage good and clear. night time a struggle unless the light turns on whichis not instant. infra red reflects back producing red eye from people, pets, car reflector strips, including number plates.. i've not had it too long.

It's a good camera, but the 'improvements' made it much worse. I bought one in July/2023. No problems at all and was so happy that I just bought a second one, same model, theoretically the only difference is the colour, white the original one, grey the new one. But ... They changed the solar panel included with the camera in three ways: 1. The connector is now USB-C instead of micro-USB. That's fine and in accordance with EU policy. 2. The cable is now so short that there is no way I can install it anyway without an USB extension. Ridiculously short. Why? 3. The design of the solar panel holder is absurd, there is no 360 rotation way any longer, just up-down, so it is simply not possible to install it in the right direction. Os do they intend me to build the shed in a way I can install this absurd solar panel properly? I am seriously thinking on sending it back. Still not sure what to do.

Habe die Kamera vor 3 Tagen montiert, bisher alles bestens, für den Preis unschlagbar, als Hinweis - eine Kamera ist nur manuel in der Horizontale einstellbar. Die Reichweite der Bewegungserfassung liegt nach meinen Erfahrungen bei ca.9 Meter,ich würde sie wieder kaufen !

2024年11月に購入しました。画質がとてもきれいです。ベランダ下の雨どいのパイプに設置しています。夜間に下を通ると、ライトが点灯します。アプリを導入すれば、設定もとても簡単でした。今年に入って、一時ソーラーバッテリーの充電ができませんでしたが、USB接続でフル充電して、初期設定をやり直したら、復活しました。サポートも丁寧でした。値段にしては、機能は十分で、コスパ最高だと思います。

Jai mis une carte micro sd de 128 go impossible pour l 'appareil de reconnaitre la carte. J'ai bien formaté et inséré dans l 'appareil allumé. rien à faire. J'ai racheté une carte ds de 64 go et formaté puis inséré dans la camera mais elle ne veut toujours pas reconnaitre la carte. J'ai aussi formaté depuis l 'application et redémarré l'appareil . L'appareil refuse de reconnaitre la carte. Bref c'est une vrai galère cette caméra si on ne peut pas faire de sauvegarde par micro sd et seulement par le cloud. J'attends, j'espère que le service client me réponde. Alors j'ai contacté le service client qui est très réactif et qui m'a permis je pense de résoudre mon problème car j'avais une carte de 64mb alors que la camera ne supporte qu'à partir de 8go

Arrivata nei tempi stabiliti ed integra in ogni sua parte,facile montaggio,rilevamento eccellente ,ma può essere regolato dalle opzioni a secondo della necessita. Notifiche rapide e ripresa ottima con visione chiara sia notturna che diurna. Microfono ambiente capta ogni tipo di suono. Nulla da aggiungere sulla qualità dell'oggetto. Dopo circa un mese in ritorno dalle ferie si è verificato un problema tecnico la telecamera non riceveva corrente dal pannello solare annesso, e si è spenta. Controllo le congiunzioni dei cavi ma tutto è apposto. Smonto la telecamera e la carico con corrente elettrica con il cavo in dotazione, ma nulla accade non si carica. Chiedo assistenza tramite Amazon visto che il reso non era più possibile. Il servizio assistenza nella persona di Luckas molto attivo cerca di risolvere la situazione in modo testuale,ma nulla accade. La conclusione è stata sostituzione dell'apparecchio con un altro che sto attendendo. Nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatto sia del prodotto che dell'assistenza post vendita.

J’ai installé cette caméra de surveillance sans fil avec panneau solaire et batteries pour surveiller ma maison. Je suis très satisfait de ce produit qui est facile à monter et à utiliser. Le panneau solaire recharge bien la batterie, je n’ai jamais eu de problème d’autonomie même en utilisant la caméra plusieurs fois par jour. La qualité de l’image est très bonne, on peut la régler selon ses besoins. La caméra a plusieurs fonctions utiles comme l’alarme, la vision nocturne, la détection de mouvement et la rotation à 360°. L’application est intuitive et pratique. J’ai eu un souci avec la première caméra que j’ai reçue, mais le service après-vente a été très réactif et m’a envoyé une nouvelle caméra rapidement. Je recommande cette caméra pour ceux qui cherchent une solution de surveillance sans fil efficace et fiable.
