Ottimo acquisto. Lo consiglio vivamente. Per chi dorme supina i benefici sono immediati. Io che dormo di lato, ho dovuto abituarmi un po’ , ma poi i benefici sono arrivati. Non mi sveglio più con il collo irrigidito ed ho trovato beneficio anche per la schiena e le gambe.
