This is SO AWESOME!
This interfaced so nicely to my RPi5 it was the only truly plug-n-play component in this project! I didn't even have to load drivers to make the touchscreen work in the RPi OS GUI!Only 2 things I would improve. (1) Include more screws of various lengths or at least specs on your mounting screws. (2) Make optional to mount flush or use risers if you don't want to. I did not like the empty gap between my case the screen so I used spacers and washers to mount flush to my case.

So far so good
Just unboxed it and connected my Raspberry Pi Zero 2W running RetroPie. I got this during the Big Spring Sale for $45, but even the $53 regular price is a good deal - 1024x600 touch with speakers AND headphone jack! Out of the box the speakers are not attached, but that's ok since I will primarily be using headphones. Headphones and volume control work and the sound is good but not loud. I haven't tried the touch display yet as I don't expect to use it. And instead of the included stands I am using a foldable wire bookstand from my local library. For my brief initial test I plugged the micro usb power cord into a computer's usb 2.0 port and it works well. It did not work from a usb hub on the Pi, though. Maybe a more powerful Pi running from AC power would do it. The linux console text is too small to read, but EmulationStation and games look good. I will have some fun tweaking to do for console font size and aspect ratio for games, but so far I am very satisfied.

Nice addition to my new pc case with a glass window.
Easy to connect to my computer but the software could be a lot better. Screen resolution is very good, and colors are excellent. It has sound, too, but I have no need for that because I want the screen to show operating temps, etc. The back of the screen is not flat so it's difficult to mount. The standoffs that came with it aren't tall enough. There's an adapter included (mini usb to hdmi) but the instructions don't tell you when to use it.

Works Great on CNC machine with HP Pro 400 Mini Desktop
The media could not be loaded. I upgraded the CNC I built with a new spindle motor. I had installed a mini desktop HP pc on the CNC as a stand-alone system. I originally put a 7" monitor on the CNC computer. The spindle upgrade required an entirely new controller. The new computer gcode sender program is menu driven with a minimum of 5 windows. I couldn't see most of the fonts on the 7", and using a handheld Bluetooth keyboard becomes trying with a lot of menu's.This is a 10 1" touchscreen. It made the world of difference trying to manipulate the Universal GCode Sender. I have it mounted to the side of the machine using a ball joint tablet holder meant for cars. I am going to make a vented dust cover for the back to protect the electronics. Also, to install it on the HP Pro Mini 400 Desktop, I had to order a chord with a 4k display port to HDMI cable from Amazon. The monitor was plug and play, not requiring any drivers or software. It works beautifully.

Great product
Bought to use as a fourth monitor display for my desktop computer. I only use it to monitor temps and fan speed, which it works great for. The screen size is perfect not to take up too much desk real-estate. I have ony once used the supplied speakers, they arent the best but they get the job done. They sound decent enough for me. And you can actually change the monito to 1080 in the setting on your PC despite it not being advertised as such. Im very happy with this purchase!

This wouldn't bother most people, BUT -
I really wanted to like this, it seems well-built and when together well. But I'm a Ham radio operator and bought this as a small display for HamClock, but it spews RFI in the VHF spectrum and actually seems at it's worst around 147 MHz according to my spectrum analyzer, it interferes with a few repeaters, but nothing I couldn't live with, but my local repeater is right at 147.00 and it's a deal breaker, a couple of ferrites on the power cord help, but still unacceptable. I don't think it's the power supply, it's plugged directly into one of the USB ports on the front of my Astron.
