H2O X5 Dual Blast Steam Mop & Handheld Steam Cleaner | 5-in-1 Floor Steamer | Forward-Blast Mop Head for Edges & Tough Messes | Hardwood, Tile & Laminate Cleaner

It’s super easy, lightweight and does an excellent job Cleaning

Excellent home helper. I am so happy with my H2O X5

It’s great !!! I love it!! It cleans EVERYTHING!!! I only wish the water tank was a little bit bigger!!! But they have to keep light to hold !!! I give 4 and a half stars!!!

is what they say its clean good

It does put out alot of hot water and steam but it is very clumsy to use especially when hand holding the machine and the cord makes it aquward to use. But it does clean.

The infomercial for this product is amazing. The product is not. First of all I did not order the "basic model." I wanted the Elite model and was directed to the Dual Blast with so many additional accessories with it. And I paid way more for this than the Basic. Notably the flex hose listed in the pamphlet as a regular accessory was not included in my package. First disappointment was how they stress how light the mop is by holding in one hand. Not so. Way too heavy for me. I cannot hold this thing in one hand. After unwrapping the multiple packages and reading over the instructions several times I ventured some two weeks later to try it out. First project was one bathroom. Even with the adjusted steam output there was so much water on the tile floor I was afraid of slipping and falling. There were a couple of spots on the tile that could not be budged with the steam mop. The next day I got those spots out with good old elbow grease. Also it took 3 hours for that wet floor to dry. Went back to try to do some grout. Absolutely no change in the grout. Decided this was not going to work on tile floors and obviously the water would be way too much for my prefinished wood floors. Discouraged I put the mop aside and thought i would wait before trying again. Next I tried to use it on some rug spots. No change in those. Waited again and read directions again and went back to try rug spots again. No luck at all. Had those rug spots come out, I would have said OK to this thing. I was so excited to get this mop and am so upset with myself for believing the presentation. I am better off with a light weight Sw...........mop for floors, a scrub brush for grout, and my trusty 409 Carpet cleaner spray which actually does remove any spots from rugs. This thing was a lot of money and hype but useless. I hope I can return this useless mop.

Happy with this steam mop. Cleaned hardwood and tile floors very well. Also used it in the shower on the tile and could really tell a difference.

Product arrived as advertised

Facile à utiliser, très léger et ́aisselles les plancher super beau et jai même utiliser sur le mur en céramique de salle de bain, trop génial. Je le recommande fortement,

Love it. I have had it for almost a year and it is still going strong. I used it on my hard wood floors atleast once a week and for small cleaning projects around the house. Works great to clean the glass on the inside of my oven and small seams on things like the washing machine and sink.
