Yes, just make sure you select the "British - PC" keyboard input source on the MAC (not the "British" keyboard source). Do this under System Preferences - Keyboard - Input Sources (add "British - PC" in addition to "British"), and tick the “Show Keyboard & Character Viewers in menu bar” in the keyboard preferences to make switching input sources a bit easier.
