My chest size is 41, I wear a large. The size chart suggest for my size 40-42 will fit large. It fits like a glove, "perfect". I suggest you refer to the size chart, what ever is indicated for a size 50 will probably work. It's pretty accurate. Something to consider, this is a cycling jersey it is not suppose to fit like a pajama shirt.

Yes, as the sizes go up the also get a little longer
