Per cap, this has 150mg of elem. mag. Other brands have 200mg of elem./cap, so only 2 caps are needed. Does % concentration matter or just final mgs?

Hi Dave, thanks for the question! :) The percentage of concentration really does matter in this case. There are a lot of games brands will play around the total mg of elemental magnesium per capsule - for instance conflating "amount of magnesium glycinate" with "amount of elemental magnesium" - and many people don't realize that these are not the same things! While there may be other brands that claim to have a higher level of elemental magnesium per capsule in their product, we haven't come across any ourselves that can back it up with a CoA and 3rd party testing reports. How many MG is it chleated?

Is the rda number the amount of mg the body needs to absorb? if so, how much of your 600mg is absorbed?

Is this a fully reacted chleate, blended chleate or buffered chelate?

Chelated is a positive step to look for when choosing a good product since it effects absorption. But buffered, usually means the medication is being mixed with cheaper ingredients to "fill up the capsules". For ex: magnesium Glyinate can be buffered with Magnesium Oxide and Mag Citrate. I seen where product was chelated but was unaware it was also buffered. What exactly is this Magnesium Glyinate buffered with?
