I’ve been very happy with this probiotic and would definitely purchase it again. One of the biggest advantages for me is that it’s only one capsule per day, which makes it easy to stay consistent. These Garden of Life Dr. Formulated probiotics for vaginal health (pH) are on another level. After only a couple of weeks of using them, the difference is noticeable. I feel much more comfortable and "balanced" in my day to day. I love that they are not only probiotics (50 billion, an outrage!), but they also include prebiotics and postbiotics. The capsules are easy to swallow and, best of all, they do not need refrigeration. I can carry the bottle in my bag or on a trip without worrying about losing power. As a Non-GMO, gluten-free, it gives me the peace of mind that I am not putting unnecessary fillers in my body. From my wife: I was taking ritual’s pre, pro, and postbiotic for a while and they were working well for me but the price was quite steep after the initial discounts ran out. I decided to search for an alternative and this one was suggested by many. The only con to these over Ritual’s multivitamin is the taste. I wish these were also minty! Otherwise, I’ve had good success with these vitamins. There were no side effects from switching and my gut health is much improved. I was constantly bloated and having stomach aches before taking probiotics and have seen much improvement. Would highly recommend!

Great product. Definitely works! If you've ever had moments where your ph has been thrown off (the dreadful bv) by your partner I recommend taking these probiotics along with treating your infection. These work wonderful and can be taken without food. I take mine first thing in the morning before breakfast. I have noticed that my ph is stable and is no longer thrown off after being intimate. I just received my second bottle.

The reason I think this is a great product is because it's easy to swallow, supports a healthy vaginal pH, promotes good bacteria growth, and is as convenient as one capsule a day. It's also shelf stable, gluten-free, and boasts a triple action formula. However, I wish there was more information provided on the clinical studies backing these benefits, and a more affordable price would be appreciated. Despite these minor issues, I've found it highly beneficial for my health.

Not sure if it’s this product or a combination of this and something else but there’s been no other probiotic that has made such significant GI changes in a wonderful way. Overall I feel great after taking daily for the past week and I really hope it continues to work. I am so glad I came across and gave it a try as I’ve tried others but this is the first where I can feel real results.
