I started taking the Vitalitown Iron Supplement during my pregnancy , it has been great so far. The 65 mg of iron plus 250 mg of Vitamin C makes a noticeable difference because Vitamin C helps the body absorb iron better. The only thing that I didn’t like is It did cause constipation, which is a common side effect of iron supplements. Drinking more water helped a little, but it was still noticeable.

Good quality and I will continue to purchase.
