Low quality lead/graphite. But lots of them for the price.

Nice pencils, rubber works well. I had to sharpen quite a bit off in order to fit in the golf Motorcaddy score card tray, shame really, but I will continue to use them as they work fine.

that are made bad quality of wood, and the filling are 90% broken, unusable
I bought them to fit smaller hands at home, and it didn't work out. My son hates to use as he couldn'tsharpen them at all. The quality of the wood are poor, fillings are all broken. Wont recommend
