does this stay in place or do you have to keep pulling it up and down all the time

It did not stay in place. The top rolled down and the bottom rolled up. It has "bones" in the sides making it uncomfortable. I was not aware it had boning. I would not have purchased if I knew that.

I can wear both the small and medium flexees wyob tank, but the small gives me a better shape. does this fit similarly? or should i get medium?

I am not sure, because this is very tight on me. I wear a 2x.
