I was hoping for a book that would teach the concepts. I must have misunderstood the purpose when I purchased this. It prepares you for the exam if you have already learned GD&T skills.

I don't recommend purchasing this.
If you have the ASMEY14.5 then you probably do not need this. Just study the standard (especially the definitions) and take the test.

This manual is outdated
I got this preparing to study for the certification. When I took it out and finally looked at it (outside of the return window) I discovered it doesn't cover the standard update from 2009, which is part of the test... Bad move to buy it.
