This is a really nice gel cream. It is highly moisturizing, but very lightweight. No greasy look or feel after applying. Once it sets in, my skin just looks and feels great. Hydrated, soft, and no feeling of any residue or oil left behind. I use it all over my eye area as well, with no irritation. My only complaint is about the jar itself. Sure it is cute, but it is very bulky for no good reason and the little plastic container which holds the cream doesn't stay in place inside the glass jar. This is my only annoyance with the product.

I was interested in this product because it was organic and certified by the EWG. It smells really bad. It smells old and expired. I know it’s not; but it’s gross. I don’t want to put fragrance on my skin, but also don’t want It to smell rancid. Wouldn’t buy again.

As you can see, this moisture cream comes in a beautiful jewel cut jar. Love how the light bounces off of the lid. Love the color also. Meant for sitting on your dresser or countertop to dress it up a bit. The cream itself has the color of a French green clay. Of course, it's not clay at all. This is a cream that feels a little on the thin side as though it contains a lot of water. Though it's thin, it's not runny. Easy to pick up and spread across the face. Absorbs right away and feels very soothing. This is one of those moisturizers that is very hydrating. It will not leave your skin feeling oily or greasy once it sets, but you can see and feel that it's been moisturized. Leaves the skin looking and feeling younger and gives it a radiant glow. Fine lines are diminished and the deeper ones are softened. From what I can tell, this is a nice clean product. Not sure what that algae is, but it does feel as though many with sensitive skin should be fine with this. Just in case, you probably should patch test it first. Great for all skin types, though as mentioned above, I really can't speak to those regarding any sensitive skin issues. It's wonderful on my combination skin. Left it looking great and feeling clean and hydrated.

It absorbs into the skin well and is very moisturizing. The scent itself is not the best, but it is tolerable. I love the packaging and container it comes in and I also like the fact that you can buy refills for less than the price of this one.

I've been a fan of KORA organics and I love this moisturizer which isn't surprising. The ingredients look great to me, I appreciate the use of Aloe as the first ingredient over just water. There's a light fresh scent to it, but its just from the ingredients, not added synthetic "fragrance". I've previously been using the KORA turmeric glow moisturizer and its amazing, but a bit heavier so it suits me best for the winter. This algae one definitely feels lights but no less moisturizing. Has a light, almost gel like texture. A little goes a long way, with just a few dabs and my skin drinks it in. Leaves me face soft and makeup ready. I love that each of these moisturizer jars are reusable, you just need to buy a refill of the little pod insert. Another win for KORA in my book, I love it! Product came in a completely damaged box n looks like it’s so old. I haven’t opened the product - can’t expect it to be in good condition either. Don’t expect this from an expensive brand like kora!
