I liked the look of this item on the website, but in reality, it is much lighter in weight than I expected. Even though it says it is wood, the indentation in the center and the light weight gives it the look and feel of a cheap imitation. The rustic "bark" around the edges has been glued on, adding to the cheap imitation appearance. If you are looking for a true wood trivet, this is not it.

Can't rate what hasn't been received....update..just arrived and I'm very pleased with the Trivets. They are a gift and will go very well with the decor. Most likely will order again
