So far it workd as advertised
I bought this card to use in the US and in Europe. Its suppose to be good for an entire 365 days so we shall see if it lasts until August 1, 2020 (if I use data sparingly)1. Easy to install. I just popped in the new sim card. Turned on data roaming and in a few seconds I was getting data in the US.I have been using it for 2 days now and it is working flawlessly.2. I tested out its hotspot capability and my wifes samsung was able to link to my hotspot. So that works too.I will report back and let you know how it performs in the long run...and on my multi country trip to EuropeUpdate. The sim worked flawlessly in the US during the 2 weeks I was there. Once in a while i had to restart my phone to wake it up.Update. I arrived in Germany. I RESTARTED my phone, turned mobile data ON and turned Roaming ON..and I got connected. So far so good.(Update)I am now in Italy and the sim is working although not in every spot. Seems like some of the more remote places like up in the mountains while hiking..no data. But in the city no problems. I stopped into a vodaphone store to price compare. They had a deal...2 sim cards...ONLY ONE month service...lots of data...60 euros. A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE!!! (Of course they are in ludington phone calls which this card does not)(Update) I am in Switzerland and still am getting decent connections in the towns and cities. Forget about signal if you are hiking in the hills or away from towns. It works well enough to watch a YouTube movie. I'm using it mainly for Google maps to find train/bus connections and to Google tourist attractions for info and to message my wife if we ever get sepatatedSo far so good.(Update) works in Metz France. Poor connection outside city In remote rural areas. When I pass the border into a new country I keep getting text messages saying I have a maximum of 15 gigs of data with this sim. Not the 12 gigs advertised. Not sure which is correct(Update.) Working in Luxembourg and Begium. In Luxembourg ORANGE STORES were selling data only sim cards...9€ for 5 gigs for 30 days. So a little better deal than this simBut in Belgium ORANGE was 15 euro for 4 gigs plus 4000sms and 50 mins of calling. So ORANGE was a better dealWorks well in AmsterdamWorks throughout SpainUPDATE OCT 4, 2021Going to Europe again so I bought this same 365 day card..12 gigs of data.I tested it in the USAI shut off my Samsung.Removed my old simInserted the new sim I just got.Turned my phone back onMade sure mobile data was onAndIT CONNECTED RIGHT AWAY.So far so goodIf it works as well as it did in Europe as it did 2 years ago, I won't have to keep buying sim cards at the end of every month in EU.This card is suppose to be good for One whole Year (total if 12-15 gigs)So if i just use it for maps and sending messages. I should not run out of data even if I am in the EU for 4 monthsUPDATE DEC. 6, 2021Just retuened from 2 months in Europe using my newly purchsed sim. I visited 3 countries..Greece, Italy and France and this sim worked like a charm in each country. As soon as the plane landed it texted me to let me know it had switched countries. Its not alwauys fast and occasionally in remote parts of Sicily the connection was poor to none... but it allowed me to buy train tickets, use google maps and google tourist attractions on the go.Now to see how long it will last. Too bad it doesnt work in Thailand which is where I am headed in a monthL9ving it

12 European Countries in 22 Days: Worked Like a Champ
This is a data-only SIM (no voice or text) for use in tablets and mobile access points. It worked great on our trip to Europe. We traveled through 12 countries in 22 days and were happy with the service. Activation was simple: swap SIM, reboot Apple iPad, wait a few minutes for activation.The rental car company wanted a ridiculous surcharge to include a GPS with our vehicle - upwards of $130 for the duration of our rental. Instead, I bought this SIM for my iPad and used it for Waze navigation with the added bonus of being able to use it for all our other data needs while in Europe. We were able to tether our other three iPhones to this iPad and share the 12-gig pool of data among all the devices while in the car.We didn't always have service but that's to be expected: Europe doesn't have quite the coverage we are used to in the United States. Performance, too, was less than we are used to in our home state of Florida. Still, no real complaints. Never were we without a signal for more than a few minutes as we were driving around. In big cities (London, Paris, Rome, etc.), coverage and speed were great.Compared to what it would have cost to use our Verizon phones in Europe - or renting a GPS from Europcar - this SIM is an amazing deal. Don't come home to crazy mobile bills: get this SIM before you leave for Europe.(If you need voice, text and data, grab this SIM for your phone instead.)

very dishonest.discription
This is what I received in an email from 3 after using it with my hotspot I would not refer this to anyone coming to the States, It did not say anything in the description on how you could be limited on the usage.{Hello,Our records show you’ve now been roaming exclusively in one or more of our Go Roam destinations for more than 2 complete months. This is contrary to our fair use policy. To avoid suspension of your international roaming services, you'll need to use your SIM in the UK by 23 May 2025.Go Roam is intended for occasional travel abroad for work and holidays. It’s not meant for extended use or as a permanent service while living or studying abroad.If you roam abroad for longer periods, you should consider buying a SIM card from a local provider. We don’t lock any devices you buy from us, so this will enable you to use other SIMs.}

Data traveler sim that actually works very good!!!
As of this moment the 3 uk simcard works perfect on my unlocked phone. Signal is steady and strong but I guess it depends where you go. Signal and of course internet data will be weak in countryside.Once I installed the simcard I downloaded the 3uk app and checked the expiration date which says it is a year from the activation date.

If SIM card not working, try fixing APN
Initially the Three SIM card didn't work. Turns out it was because my Huawei E5330 MiFi has a setting for an APN that was not compatible with the Three network. I fixed it (as in photo) and everything works now. So, if you're having difficulty making the card work, check the APN on your device. You can Google "Three APN" to find out more about APN settings and to find out how to set the APN on your device.

It works fine in Wilmington NC
I have a Samsung Galaxy Active Tab 3 with LTE. I wanted to use its data connection as an inexpensive internet backup to my Verizon phone when I travel through coastal North Carolina. I plugged in the SIM and it works fine. Can't beat the price for the sense of security.
