What is the difference between this 1 and the older version (model #P5728)? This 1 is $15 more.

Thank you for asking! The new Advanced formula contains more strains of bacteria. This provides even more targeted enzymatic activity to power out the toughest messes.

Can I use this to mop my fake hardwood floors? Or should I dilute? Spot cleaning cannot keep up with my puppy.

I have not used this to mop my fake hardwood floors with, but I have used it to clean up lots of pee messes on them and it has worked great! I don't dilute it at all.

Can you add this to the laundry?

Thanks for asking! You should apply this directly to the soiled laundry as a pre-treatment. We suggest using the Nature's Miracle Laundry Boost for laundry. For more help contact Nature's Miracle at PHGAmazon@spectrumbrands.com. We are happy to help!

Can Nature's Miracle withstand freezing?

Thanks for asking Smitty! No, we do not recommend allowing this product to freeze due to reduction of its efficacy.
