defective
This looks good but it's defective. The metal housing warps and buckles from the heat thrown off by the burner. The metal needs to be thicker.

Very good quality. I have not experienced any of the rusting/warping issues mentioned in other reviews. Before I lit this burner however, I made sure to place the fireglass in the pan. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of this unit.

Poorly made and warps badly I want a refund
This fire tray is very poorly made and warps badly during use.

It warps after a few uses
It has warped terribly. I fortunately have it in a trough like feature so it hides it well but I had to buy more fire rock to cover up the unevenness.

Pan "deforms" when heated
The pan was delivered in great shape. It looked amazing when I installed, but when I went and used it for the first time, the pan warped and lifted (see image). Contacted the seller and was told that the pan will deform when heated, but will return to its original state after cooling. Kind of wish I would have known that before going this route. I think I would have gone with a different design.
