Doesn't really work for me and my belly is not that big yet. I was expecting the brace to lift my belly and alleviate the back strain. But my belly is actually curving my back more (my back does have more curvature). I did follow instructions but it just doesn't work for me as well as i hoped. I have to pull the back part down to the middle of the but for the brace to do any lifting. I'm not sure if this is a design flaw in general, or if it's not designed for more curved backs. I also don't understand the point of the part that goes on the top; it makes my belly feel uncomfortable. The overall quality is good, it just didn't work for me.

Very good support belt, does what it's supposed to do and you can feel the difference after wearing it. Velcro has not failed yet and doesnt appear to be damaging the fabric it attaches to.
