This stuff seems to help a lot with recovery time after hard workouts. Muscle aches and soreness are not a big deal anymore. I can't really comment on if it increases performance but it helps with mood and energy levels. Sidenote - i use the toss and wash method with just about every herbal supplement so I'm pretty used to taking nasty tasting stuff but this stuff is EXTREMELY unpleasant tasting and the taste really lingers for a while so I'd recommend putting it into capsules. Even in capsules i still can taste it on my breath and when i burp for a while after so definitely have some sort of plan to help it go down.

One of the best supplements I’ve tried. I take 250mg of it and it gives me a large burst of energy with no crash and it’s not like caffeine where you get jittery. Taste For a herbal supplement also isn’t that bad. Only thing bad I have to say is it doesn’t mix into water easy. I find the best way is to put it in a bottle and shake it up really fast.

Works extremely well for combatting cortisol and stress related anxiety. I have been working two jobs 7 days a week for 15 weeks in a row (by choice) and I simply do not want to reduce the amount of hours that I work but needed some way to combat the physiological side effects of working constantly. I also exercise 5 days a week and am in good physical shape and have noticed marked improvement in physical stamina since taking Rhodiola. I just received the product from Bulk Supplements and can tell immediately that it is good quality product as I can sense the feeling of reduced cortisol and improved well being during the day which before was hard to take. Would love to try the 3% Rosavin as well.

Has a noticeable calming effect without slowing mental acuity. Recommend going easy on dose as this powder can upset the stomach and cause flatulence. Hard to dissolve in cold liquids, works best in hot beverages, and has a bit of an acrid after taste. Combined with RR Rosavins gives a nice, gentle, increase to mental alertness & stamina without tension or nervousness. Add 1/16-1/8 teaspoon to hot green tea and enjoy. Sorta.
