Nice laptop and works great. I bought it specifically for running Plan7 Architect and it hasn’t glitched once. Other than that software I run Microsoft office and open AI apps. No problems here. I wish it had a little bigger screen but I knew it was a 14” when I bought it. This was the best laptop I could find for the money. I paid about $370 for it. It’s refurbished but looks great. No noticeable scratches and the battery holds a charge. Came with an AC adapter/charger.

Initially, I thought this was a great purchase and a steal at this price. I got two of these. Unfortunately, within less than 2 months, both laptops have started freezing multiple times a day needing forced restarts (even with minimal use - browsing and Microsoft teams messaging). Not going to buy such refurbished laptops again.

Very nice, setup was fast and easy. I really didn't expect it to be in the best shape but it is like new. Thinking about getting my kids one instead of the Apple Mac books they want.

It is in perfect working order. It looks and feels new. Perhaps I was lucky, or the vendor improved their quality control, to my benefit. If so, high praises to them!

I’ve purchased quite a few renewed and refurbished computers over the years, and this was the one I was most excited about. After spending some time with it, there are definitely things I like and a few things that have been disappointing. The battery life is excellent. I don’t like being tied to an outlet, and I frequently take my laptop on the go. This computer has performed very well in that area and easily lasts through my typical use. The included charger, however, was a letdown. It came with a barrel-style plug that had a usb-c adapter. The connection for this was not great so, I ended up purchasing a replacement charger almost immediately. Performance is generally good once the computer is running. Programs load quickly and everyday tasks feel responsive. Unfortunately, startup can be slow, and I’ve experienced multiple occasions where the system freezes completely. When this happens, even Ctrl+Alt+Delete doesn’t respond, thus forcing a hard shutdown. I’ve also noticed that the power button occasionally fails to respond, which is concerning for long-term reliability. Cosmetically, the laptop arrived in near-perfect condition. The only issue I noticed was that one section of the rubber foot on the bottom was peeling up in a corner. It’s minor, but it does make me wonder how long it’s going to stay on. (It’s not a huge issue at all doesn’t affect how the computer runs or operates so didn’t impact my opinion when rating this post.) The laptop is lightweight, sleek, and easy to carry around. It also has a good selection of ports, including two USB-C charging ports, which is a feature I’ve really come to appreciate since I can charge from either side. It also includes a headset jack, USB port, HDMI port, and SD card slot. The only thing missing is an Ethernet port, so you’re limited to Wi-Fi connectivity. - You also can see this from the picture so that really didn’t impact my opinion on it. Setup was straightforward and required very little effort beyond the normal Windows setup process. Be prepared for a large number of updates during initial startup, though. Overall, I like this computer. While it’s not my favorite refurbished laptop I’ve purchased, it’s still an upgrade from what I was using before. If the freezing issues and occasional power button problems continue, I may end up having to replacing it sooner than expected. But as it stands, it’s a solid laptop with good battery life and portability. The reliability concerns is what is keeping me from giving it a full 5 stars.

Great price and good product made by Dell. Hard drive was wiped but was not any extent of "refurbished". Had to take to local computer shop to reload drives and update Windows. It's taken him 3 days to get computer to usable status because it's taken that long to reboot everything that would have been done on an actual refurbished device.

Compré una laptop Dell y estoy teniendo un inconveniente con la batería. La carga no supera el 49 %, incluso estando conectada y mostrando “cargando” en el Dell Power Manager. He probado todas las opciones del programa (modo Estándar, Adaptativo, Principalmente para uso con CA y Personalizado), e incluso reinstalé la aplicación, pero el resultado es el mismo: la batería no supera el 49 %. The battery on my laptop drains incredibly quickly. it drained 20% within 30 minutes of light usage. Just browsing and viewing assignments for school. This is a massive dissapointment.

As soon as I got this Laptop I loaded AVG antivirus on it . I was getting pop up after pop up and even AVG couldn’t rid this laptop of the viruses on it . The whole windows 11 was full of faults so I sent it back for a refund.

Fast and solid for a small computer. I am using it for my IT course and its perfect.
