This is a neat way to protect your camera but make sure it fits before you buy
I bought this with the 64MB arducam auto focus camera but it did not fit. The autofocus camera is a bit thicker than the non focus models so the transparent cover did not fit properly. I have a bunch of other Arducam and Raspberry Pi cameras so I should be able to put it to use.

So, for what it is, it's cool. That said, working with the camera can be quite a pain with this thing. Taking the face on and off is difficult, and if you do so with any regularity, you're going to break one (or probably eventually all of the little plastic retaining clips), all that said, I'd buy it again for what it is. Just be aware, if you put a camera in it, attaching the cable requires you to take the module off the board.

p1$$ P00r mounting threads; one additional full diameter thread requires too much thought to accomplish. Large enough ribbon slot to stuff a Pi thru.

I won't buy it again for my other cameras
The "case" is not desirable. The 1/4-20 threads are too shallow as most mounts have more threads than the case can accommodate. The removable portion will not fully seat because the camera body sticks out too far.

Great protection for my Pi Camera module.
This has proven to be a great addon for my Pi 4B as it gives protection to the camera module. I can no longer worry about the camera module getting damaged.
