Got this for mom to use with the sports rubbing alcohol for her aching knees. REALLY been helping her a lot! Was a little itchy in the area at first. I realized she was rubbing on too much. Good now and she loves it. Great product and their packing in amazing.

So far only used it times. After applying it, it was just a few minutes before I coukd feel the heat start. It made my neck pain reduce the pain. It works well. However, the relief didn’t really last as long as I expected. Approx 2-3 hrs the pain relief was gone. Initially it was great, just wish the effect lasted longer
