I bought one of these probably about 8 years ago and a 2nd headset 4 years ago. Both were broken when I moved. The 2nd headset wire was extra tick and didn't bend at all, it was a joke. This is the 3rd headset I've bought and it's fantastic. Great for people with glasses and since the mic arm bends easily you can switch ears and it's still comfy. The wires on this one are similar to the 1st purchase, they are bendy and don't retain their shape. I'd say the audio quality of this speaker is slightly better than the 2nd. I'm guessing the company increased their QA or I was unlucky the 2nd time and got a lemon. Either way I'll be buying these as long as devices continue to support the 3.5mm headphone jacks.

Where to even begin. I give this headset 1 star, and that is only because the option to give out negative star ratings is not an option. Even for the $15 bucks that this costs, this thing is absolute garbage. When purchasing this headset, I had absolutely no disillusions that I was buying something on the low end of the spectrum in terms of quality, what so ever. However, I figured that I would at least be purchasing a working product that functioned as it is advertised. Boy, was I just flat out wrong lol. Calling this headset garbage, or a waste of money, and honestly really time as well, for waiting the days that it took to be delivered, and delivered late I might add, doesn’t even fully encompass how bad this thing is. It is insanely uncomfortable in every single way, and “Adjusting” the size does nothing to make it more comfortable what so ever. And I say adjusting that way, because their idea of what adjusting actually means, is very skewed from its actual definition lol. When they say it adjusts to different sizes, what they mean is that the band that goes over the top of your head slides up and down through the a slot in the ear piece, by doing so does absolutely nothing to improve the overall way it fits your head lol, and the extremely rigid plastic that said band is made out of, literally does not change shape, as in bending or being somewhat flexible, so that it actually sits comfortably on your head. You would literally have to like heat up the plastic in some way in order to bend it, and then hold it there so as to reshape the plastic in order to make it the shape of an actual human head lol. Even the ear piece is very uncomfortable, because it has very limited padding, and where there could be more padding, the space for it is sacrificed and made even smaller to accommodate for it's notable ability to accommodate people who wear glasses, so that the glasses don't come in contact with anything at all. It's like apparently Turtle Beach just thought "screw the larger Percentage of people who don't wear glasses. Let's deisgn this headset for the minority group of people, those who do wear glasses, so that only those people are comfortable wearing them". Makes no sense what so ever. Then there is the fact that they do not even work as advertised. The description for them flat out states that this headset is a "chat only" headset. Meaning that game sounds can not be made to play through the headset, but only through the tv as they would without a headset. When buying a headset, I always look for a chat only headset, because I hate headsets that play game sounds through them. I have never understood how anyone could even like having game sounds played through the headset in the first place. I can't play like that. I need chat only specific headsets, because I cannot stand having game audio, AND chat playing through my headset at the same time. And even though it clearly is advertised as a chat only headset, it is in fact a game audio and chat headset. Making the advertisement a flat out lie. And then on to on top of all that, the damn thing doesn't even work lol. I can hear people, sometimes, but no one can ever hear me at all ever, even when I am not muted. Do yourself a favor, and do not buy these. They are an utter waste of money, even if they only cost $15. Absolute trash. Do yourself a favor, and shell out a bit more money on a good headset that is more comfortable, and actually works.

works great. has good volume control and mic control. Adjustable volume on cord is very nice to have, along with the mute switch. One headphone is what i was looking for since i have 5.1 surround sound and you lose that with other headsets just for chatting with teammates. This was perfect for me and a good price. it is uncomfortable though, luckily my other headset broke so i took the ear cushions off that one and put them on this one. little custom mods to make it fit, but now it feels great and can wear them for hours.but keep in mind these are not very comfortable; 2 out of 5 on the comfort scale

I bought a couple of these for the kids for their Playstations and so far they have held up good. Kids are hard on stuff and so far so good. I would buy these again if I needed to replace one. Speaker and Mic both work well.

The microphone sounds great and it's compatible with ps4 no issues there. My only complaints are it's a little uncomfortable the foam on the actual headphone part is just bad quality it would have been so much better if it went all the way around the rim and was made of a very squishy comfortable foam and the sound is a bit quiet I keep having to ask what my friends said over and over again if there is a lot of noise around me, I live with a noisy family so some better noise cancelation would have been wonderful.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this headset, with expectations and it met every one, I wear glasses so finding a headset that was able to fit them comfortably was ideal, I have had these before and they lasted me about 4 years so basically all through high school and they were legit perfect. They cord didn’t get in the way(no hassle) the sound is awesome it’s like the surround sound I have is in my ears and for it just being the one it’s really good when having kids cause you can still listen out for them, so I highly recommend purchasing one of these.
