HAVE BEEN ON THIS PRODUCT FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS AND COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH IT. AM 72 YRS YOUNG AND HAVE RA. ONE YEAR AGO I STOPPED TAKING ALL RHEUMATOLOGY PRESCRIBED RA MEDS BECAUSE OF SIDE EFFECTS( I WAS TAKING MAXIMUM DOSE OF METHOTREXATE EVERY WEEK AND HUMIRA INJECTION EVERY 2 WEEKS) AND DECIDED TO GO THE NATURAL ROUTE. I RESEARCHED NATURAL HERBS AND SUPPLEMENTS AND STARTED TAKING THEM DAILY. THEN ONE DAY DURING MY RESEARCH ON NATURAL MEDS FOR INFLAMMATION , I SAW AN ARTICLE ON "BERBERINE". AFTER READING ALL I COULD FIND ON IT, I DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY. BOY AM I GLAD I DID. AFTER TWO WEEKS OF TAKING " DIVINE BOUNTY BERBERINE, 600 HIGH STRENGTH CAPSULES, I NO LONGER HAVE ANY SORE JOINTS IN MY HANDS,NO SWELLING, NO PAIN, AND CAN ACTUALLY WEAR SOME OF MY RINGS I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO WEAR IN A COUPLE YEARS. I FEEL BETTER, AM NO LONGER STRESSED WITH THE PAIN AND TAKE NO PAIN MEDS, AND I HAVE EVEN LOST A FEW POUNDS . I've been taking this for a little over a month. I have diabetes and was unable to take metformin because it made me so sick so I started looking for natural alternatives. For almost two months I have been eating low carb high fat, taking this berberine 2 x daily along with milk thistle, and incorporated walking daily into my routine. With doing all three my blood glucose average has dropped from 250 to 130. I still have some work and time I need to invest to get it in the "normal" range but I feel amazing and have noticed all the inflammation slowly leaving my body. If you try this don't be disappointed if you don't see immediate results. As with all things it takes time for damage to occur and it takes time to recover from said damage as well. I use this "Pure Berberine Complex - 600mg Per Capsule Berberine HCl Supplement - 60 Vegetarian Capsules" By Divine Bounty to replace Metformin in treating Diabetes Type 2. It works for me but this is no guarantee that it will work for you. However, in addition to a low-carbohydrate diet and lots of exercises. Seems to be helping me (personal opinion) with the sugar cravings in that I don't seem to have them so much so this is a win-win for me. I have managed to get off both Metformin and Insulin and replace them with Berberine. Very impressed with this health product.It is certainly helping to sort out my health issues which are quite complicated, and I am very pleased with the progress that I have made in the last month and still improving.one of my specialist's called it dramatic! "I've recently tried Divine Bounty berberine, but unfortunately, it hasn't performed as well as other brands I've used. While I'm currently using a brand with a proven 90+% purity rating, I've found that I need to take two Divine Bounty pills to achieve the same results. Additionally, many studies suggest taking 500mg of berberine 30 minutes before meals for optimal effectiveness. Divine Bounty only provides a stated 400mg, which is already a lower dose. Combined with its lower purity, I believe it's significantly less potent than the brand I'm currently using. For the best value, I recommend investing in brands with validated purity ratings.

This berberine is one of the top brand berberines out in the market. A nurse at a wellness center recommended it to me and I make sure I always have it for my daily supplement intake.

I waited for a while to write a review on this product to assure I was given a correct reveiw, in the 2 months I have been taken this my blood sugars have all dropped to normal range from 180 to 90. It have also decreased my appetite, I eat keto but always seemed to be missing snacks, after being on this product a little over a month my appetite just disappeared and when I do eat its not as much as I used to eat, I will be going for blood work in a couple of months to see how it worked on my cholesterol and triglycerides along with my a1c, all which were high and update at that time, if your looking to increase your health with metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, high triglycerides and cholesterol also,g with weight management I would suggest trying this product for at least 3 months and see the results. You won't be sorry.
