Splint for 4-5th finger
This splint is amazing. Very comfortable and you can adjust the fit to your fingers as required. Size is adjustable so small or large hands can be accommodated. Easy to put on and off. Leaves the hand usable even when splint is on. Well worth the reasonable price. I needed the splint to hold a trigger finger in place at night after finger was restored to normal.

Pain Relief
This was great for my 'boxer's fracture'. I think it was the fifth metacarpal. It took a while to see the hand doctor so it was nice to have this before then. It takes some doing with a bad hand to bend the plate just right, but was really supportive once fully adjusted. By the time the material started to get frayed I didn't need it anymore. But it was very crucial in getting thru the first few weeks.

This was a pain saver.
This worked so well and was very comfortable. I broke my little finger (self diagnosed) but didn't want medical intervention. I needed the support and the stability that this splint provided, comfortable enough to allow me to sleep. The ability to adjust the straps and the metal insert made for a perfect fit. My finger healed a little crooked but it did heal, so really wouldn't say not to get the medical attention you need but this brace was amazing.

It hurt to wear.
Maybe I bought the wrong item for what I had going on with my wrist and hand. It really is made well, and does immobilize your fingers, which I thought I was going for but maybe the my whole area there was too swollen and that’s why it hurt. I didn’t send it back. I’m a Putz. I’ll probably use it again. Jinx.

Slim fitting and great support!
I injured my hand while gardening, which the doctor believes is tendonitis. It's very swollen between the 4th and 5th metacarpal and painful for me to move my pinky finger. I had rigged up a temporary splint for a few days while waiting for this to arrive, which was a pain to wrap and unwrap several times a day when I needed to get my hands wet. This splint is a game changer! I am a tall woman (5' 10") with very long, skinny hands and the small fits perfectly. The aluminum cage slides out so you can shape it to your hand. It bends easily, but I did use needlenose pliers to bend the top edge down to mold a little closer to my hand. It took a little work to finesse it back into the slot once shaped, but it held its shape nicely. The material is soft and very comfortable. The straps hit at the correct places, so they shouldn't rub any sore spots. I've only had it on for a few hours, but I don't foresee any issues with its wearability and comfort. I don't really care for the color. I wish it was either solid black or beige, but I love it so much that I won't care much. I may add a little saftey pin to close up where the cage slides in, just to keep it from shifting, but so far it hasn't been an issue. I'm extremely happy with this purchase!

Immobilized my fingers but comfy
This splint immobilized my pinky finger so the bone below it could heal. I know it's better than the hospital/doctor would do because this is the 2nd time I've broken this bone. The metal splint completely immobilized what it needs to without restricting movement of the rest of my hand. The 1st brace I got had a nasty chemical smell and was hot and uncomfortable. I took it off frequently, making it less useful. It also had to be very tight to sort of immobilize the pinky finger. It was hot and tight and stunk! This uncovers most of my hand for cooling and use, but keeps the pinky still and protected. It is relatively loose on my hand, but still keeps pinky straight. The only time I remove it is to wash my hands. I highly recommend this. I have osteoporosis, so I doubt this will be the last time I break this bone, but you can be sure I will be using this splint. It is the best for when I have a bone broken on the outside of my hand, better than what the ER provides and much cheaper while still letting me use the rest of my hand.

Disintegrated in a week
The style of this was perfect for my son and let him take it on and off easily while healing. I was disappointed that it was falling apart after 3 weeks and glad that he was almost out of it bc it would not have made it much longer.
