These are more expensive than the previous, cheaper paddles I've used. Unlike the previous ones, these have two distinct advantages. First, they are easier to get in and out of. This is important if you need to make adjustments to your goggles or fitness tracker while in the water. Second, these provide more resistance, so you get more strength benefit in each stroke. I now use these every time I perform a swim workout.

If you or your swimmers are "petting" the water, this will cure them! with no band across the wrist to help, this paddle demands perfect fingertip entry but somehow it does so without any slipping or sliding off the palm. I'm betting because the finger hold is made of sturdy plastic vs an elastic. Need to get finger fitting right though. They fit rather on the larger side.

These paddles are pretty broad, but once you get used to them, are fantastic for resistance training and refining technique. This is my second pair (lost the first). Would definitely buy again.

I have Finis Agility 3 dots for a number of years. I was very happy with them from the first day. But at some point started looking for something bigger. Obviously, I've checked Finis options the first. I've bought these being very optimistic after my great experience with Agility 3 dots, but have got very disappointed. Piece of garbage to say the least - not sitting well, not giving more resistance due to the oversized holes, not comfortable on the middle finger joint. Feels and looks like a big plastic yellow ring with an ugly full of holes plastic plate attached to it. Thanks to this buy I've had two amazing days - the first when I ordered this crap and the second when I've got rid of it...
