What is the purpose of having mannitol as an ingredient?

Hi there, Mannitol helps bind the tablet together, contributes to the dissolving ability, and acts as a natural sweetener. Please let us know if you have any further questions regarding our ingredients! Sincerely, Team Renzo's

Can these be swallowed (like a pill) rather than melted/chewed?

It's not a good idea to attempt to swallow whole. They're round, chalky like substance and you may end up choking on them

Does it have soy and dairy

I am not sure but it is a vegan product.

This product has Elderberry in the advertisement, but I do not see it as an ingredient. How much elderberry is in each tablet ?

Elderberry isn't specifically on the label of the kind I received (Bright & Brainy B6, Oh-Oh-Oh Orange flavor)
