Compact folding size and very manuverable
Variable speed settings and compact size gets access to most average floor openings. Turning radius is almost 360 degrees for forward and backward motion. Smooth operation even on awkward floors- either cement grass or asphalt

Mixed review
We’ve had this chair for 9 months. It’s a very maneuverable and comfortable. It’s light enough to easily load on our car carrier. HOWEVER it has some drawbacks. It is difficult to get in and out of. It is a little wider than the scooter and. There is nowhere to hang a cup holder or accessory bag. Also, it’s been in for repairs twice. Update! Whill customer service worked with me and the technician to find and replace the defective part.

$2700 for a power chair that lasted 2 months. Buyer beware. No help from Amazon.
Bought the Whill Model F in October, 2025 and it stopped working in December. Amazon referred me to the Seller HomeGoods because the 30 day window to return has expired. I have tried explaining through the very inefficient method of sending messages back and forth what the problem is...simply that it doesn't work anymore. The battery has no issue and the very crude cabling to the joystick is not pinched. They asked for pictures so I took 5 pictures that I am unable to upload through their archaic method. I am out $2700.00 and no resolution in sight even though it is under warranty. Buy at your own risk because I contacted Amazon and they said to communicate with the seller. My advise is not to buy a power chair online, buy it from a local medical supply in your own city.

Muy estable y segura
Es muy buena, su peso es bastante manejable y la batería le dura bastante. Es super estable tanto subiendo como bajando, lo que la hace muy segura.

Great chair with no official parts and few accessories available.
We bought my wife this chair through a local retailer and there are definitely pros and cons to this chair. Pros: -Folds up for easy storage. -Very maneuverable. -Can fit in tighter spaces than a traditional scooter. -Great battery life. My wife can go around a theme park or cruise ship a couple times before needing to recharge. We go to Busch Gardens (Williamsburg) fairly often and a full day will typically only consume about 40% charge. -Charging speed is decent. Not fast, not slow, just generally OK. Cons: -No real source for parts. I just ordered some electric scooter inner tubes that I know kind of fit for this chair because Whill A) doesn't sell just the tubes for the rear wheels without buying an entire $75 replacement wheel and B) the tubes they use are proprietary (size) crap. Both of the factory tubes my wife is using right now run flat in a couple hours. -Somewhat heavy: I can lift it in and out of my truck easy enough, or out of my wife's trunk, but she would struggle. -Normal wheelchair accessories are useless: Most are designed around cylindrical framing to secure to, which you won't have on this chair. There are some accessories that will work, but they are few and far between. -Few official accessories: I designed and 3D printed her some custom hub caps which I'd think would be an easy money maker for Whill (similar to the colors of side panels they sell), but they don't even sell replacement hub caps. This might be something I throw on Etsy once I get my design to be a little more sturdy.

expensive junk, bad customer service
Unit was broken at arrival, wheelie bar snapped off. Fold up mech. defective does not lock....front wheels jam on your feet. Handicapped person cannot get in or out because the front wheelie bar and foot rest is in the way. Customer service is simply phone answerers who know nothing about the product....big run-around to get any results! Go Go scooter at 1/3 the price is far better in actual use.
