Great product!
Hesitated many times to purchase this product. Decided it was time to try it out as my baked goods were difficult to keep fresh, and I was looking for a solution.I recently decided I was only going to consume fresh baked bread from home and looked for storage solutions on Amazon and found the bread size beeswax wraps. I purchased a combination of sizes offer which included the large bread size which is really what I wanted, but felt for the price I’d get the whole set to try it out. It has not disappointed me. My bread stays fresh between the next loaf I bake right up to the last slice eaten which is wonderful. Planning on using the other sizes for cheese storage and other food saving usage. Only regret is not buying this sooner!Definitely recommend this product!

Easy to use
We each use two different size bowls for our fruit and salad everyday. Multiply that by four family members, and it can be up to eight bowls per day.Prepping main courses can take up a lot of time in the evening. So in order to save time, we pre-make fruit and salad bowls in the morning. We used to use plastic wrap to cover each bowl.Happy to say that these bees wraps have prevented a lot of plastic trash! They are so easy to use. Just cut them to size and use the warmth from your hands to mold over the edges. They keep the foods fresh for hours!Only downside is that the lighter colored ones tend to get stained from some of the fruits. However, it doesn’t really matter, since I reuse them to cover fruits anyway. We’ll definitely be ordering more in the future. Would highly recommend these to help save our landfills.

Good but be aware
I love these but there are some things to know to reall6 take advantage of them. First, do NOT under any circumstances clean these with hot water. It ruins them. To clean, I pour dish washing soap (just a small squirt) directly on them after wetting with cold water and rub them with my hand, and a non-abrasive sponge for any stuck on bits. They air dry fairly quickly. Also, if the air is too dry they don't hold together great. No problem, hold them in your hands (wrapped around the food) for a few seconds and the heat and humidity from your hands will do the trick. Finally, these don't stick well to other substances but most easily to itself so they work better to wrap something entirely than as plastic wrap to cover a bowl.

I am basically an eco-Guru now.
I was turned onto these by my eco-friendly friend. She is really quite a lovely person, but apparently she has been secretly judging my ziploc usage for months now. One day, her turmoil just bubbled over and she said, “OMG Becca, the storage bags. The petroleum, the chemicals. Why??????” I sort of live under a rock and was all “huh?” So she told me storage bags suck and I should try this reusable bees wax wrap. At first, I was like, seriously amiga? $42 for some Wiki-Stick paper? Is she for real? But then I did the math and it turns out that, annually, these are wayyyyyy cheaper than all those bags. And, I mean, I’ll never give up my gas-guzzling SUV so I really should be ok spending $42 to save the earth. So I bought them. I’m now obsessed. Fact. They smell good, they’re fun, I wrap up snacks with them, cover bowls, I take them to work, and my son wraps up all sorts of edible crap for our fridge. I’ve really come around. And best part is when I see someone now with a storage bag, I can be all smug and say “enough already, you earth destroyer” and show them my beeswax solution. Win.

Wax came off. Update - they're like brand new again.
I wanted to write and update my review. I emailed the company who promptly replied and let me know that I must have exposed them to heat. They recommend putting the wraps in the oven for a few minutes at low temp and this totally renewed the wraps to their original state. I'm very satisfied.I love the idea of these beeswax food wrappers and started to enthusiastically use them once I received them. I really liked them initially and still do, but unfortunately the wax on the two that I use most frequently has "pilled" and is coming off making for a bit of a sticky unpleasant wrap. I followed all care instructions as described so I don't know why this has happened but am very disappointed as I would love ot keep using them. The wraps that I use less frequently are fine. Sadly my return window has passed and so I'm stuck with them.

Love these!
Because of these wraps, I no longer use plastic wrap. Yes, I do feel quite virtuous. Also, saves money along with helping decrease plastic usage.
