Teenager child is loving the content
My teenager child loves this book. I see her writing her thoughts daily. If it aid her moods. I am all for self healing. She was very excited when it came.

Good but hard to rip out pages
Amazing book, it helps me cope and get things off my chest but it's really difficult to rip out the pages in one go.

Great for shadow work/self reflection
This book has made me see myself in a different light, and has made me self reflect. Answering the questions in the book will make you sad, make you angry, make you feel self pity but it also helps you to move on. Sometimes you have to embrace the darkness so the light can get in.

I’ve been having my eyes on this book for a while and finally bought it! It has great information and healing words and it really helps you! Either if it’s through the text, smaller questions or the bigger ones that you really have to think about! Can’t recommend this enough!

I have always been a fan of journaling, though more in concept than in reality. I find that whenever I try to journal on my own, I'll either feel overwhelmed at trying to remember to do it, or struggle to organize my thoughts into anything coherent. This book helps with both of those! I considered a few of those "a prompt for every day" type books originally, but figured I'd still end up forgetting, and I'm so glad I went with this one! There's no pressure or time limits to journalling, just a book on my desk that's there for me when I need it. The prompts are also great jumping off points, helpful both for turning chaos into catharsis and capturing joy in a meaningful way. It's a simple concept, tearing out a page filled with venting and negativity, but I cannot stress enough how useful it has been to me. There's something about just writing from the heart with no filter, knowing that no one, not even yourself down the line, will ever have to read what you wrote. I've had this book for a few years now and still haven't completed it, but I often find myself reaching for it even after all this time. The 'bad days' section is getting thinner, and the 'good days' sections is overflowing with some of my favourite memories and inspiration that I'll always have to look back on. Great concept for a journal, great prompts, I love it!

I freaking love this journal!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a great concept to write down your thoughts and tearing the page out and throwing it away. I didn't even realize but the pages are perforated so you're able to get an easy tear for each page. I also like how on the pages you write your thoughts down on, they are double sided so you can continue on the back side. I also love the prompts as they are short and sweet and to the point but also gets your mind thinking and gets you to open up. Highly recommend this journal to anyone, even if they're not going through depression or anything, it's still a wonderful additive to have to get your thought written down and thrown away!
