Perfect for Factory life
Hands down the best shoe inserts on the market. When I purchased these I was on my feet walking on a concrete floor around 50 hours a week. The arch support reduced my leg and back pain, and overall fatigue. I also have pinched nerves in my back, and these inserts delayed the onset of Sciatic nerve pain while standing for several hours. In normal shoes I'd start feeling like my leg was on fire within 30 minutes. When I replace my shoe insert with these, it generally gives me an extra 30 minutes to 1 hour of relief depending on what I'm doing. For the pain relief these give me, they are worth every penny. Every time I know I will be on my feet for hours at a time for a job, I immediately buy a new set of these. They go well in muck style boots too, and the sizing has always been spot on. I've never had to trim a set, or reorder because what I got was too short. These are pretty durable, but if you're on your feet in a factory for 8 to 12 hours a day I'd recommend getting a new set every 3 months for the maximum benefit. If you have an FSA account, you can usually spend your FSA money on things like this. Just make sure as to whether you need a letter of medical necessity before you purchase.

Fantastic! Highly recommended by Podiatrist!
I had purchased a new pair of hiking boots. I made sure to break them in before wearing them on my trip. Unfortunately, when I came home, my feet were killing me. I made an appointment with a Podiatrist. In the meantime, I did exercises, massages, and even bought a pair of Birkenstocks to wear around the house instead of bare feet. By the time I saw the Podiatrist, everything was fine but I'm glad I still went. She said I was doing the correct exercises and everything else. It just happens that I have thin soles. She said to NEVER walk barefoot at home for long periods of time, which was what I was doing before my trip. She said the Birkenstocks were great instead of flat sandals. She also highly recommended these insoles instead of Dr. Scholls. I bought them and inserted them into the hiking boots and they felt amazing! After my recent trip, I did not experience any foot discomfort. So happy to have purchased these! I was also told that Sketchers Go Walk were good for walking. With anything, you have to get used to the feel so wear and/or use anything before you go on an extended trip.

life changing
okay i literally was in and out of podiatry appointments for two years. i was in a boot for 6 months. i did physical therapy. i went to good feet store and bought $1500 insoles that i wore for a month but were too painful. then i finally went to a different podiatrist who sent me the link to these and said โletโs try these out first, theyโre the ones that i wear and they last 6 months.โ and i swear to god they completely changed my life. i have terribly flat feet and over pronate so much that my ankles swell. i work on my feet and thought i was going to have to change my profession or get reconstructive feet surgery. when i say i havenโt felt a smidgen of pain since i started wearing these, i mean it. i cannot recommend them enough!

Good but not Great
They are good insoles, but for the price I'm not sure I would get them again. I have overpronation and bought these to put in shoes to wear all day long. They are comfy, but I found that my cheaper Dr Scholls cloud inserts feel better especially after a long day of walking. The cloth also started to come off the insole after 2 uses. They are good but not worth the higher price.

Great Insert
great insert, a little expensive, but far less than the $400.00 I spent on a custom carbon fiber pair.

Comfortable support.
Very comfortable replacment for the manufacturer's insole. Cheaper than buying the same model from my podiatrist.

VERY PLEASED!
BEST CUSHIONED INSERTS! These were recommended by a podiatrist. Bought the first pair at the office and a second pair here! (slightly less costly) Great fit and size. Makes a great difference and offered great pain relief.

Very Confortable, But Does Not Last
These have been probably one of the most comfortable insoles I have worn. They took about a week of use for them to break in and get very comfy. However, over about a year of use, the memory foam on these insoles have very badly worn away. I am also not a very active person. The wear in my pictures is from mostly walking in them every once in a while for a year. I've read comments that the memory foam variation is not as good as PowerStep's other insoles. I am now trying a non-memory foam insole from PowerStep and hope that it lasts better than this.

Best insoles ever
I'm recovering from a badly broken foot and walking was very painful until I got these insoles. I had tried Dr. Sholes (garbage), so I was skeptical about this brand too, but these insoles are legit. They work! I went on a trip and spent hours and hours on my feet and these insoles saved me. They are very supportive, not bulky, and the arch support is subtle, but effective.
