MotoTec Kalee Fire Truck 12v Red

I got this fire truck for my 5 year old son. He is 4'11 and fits perfectly into this truck. This will likely fit him for at least two more years. This is excellent product. I was initially discouraged by some negative comments. However, I am very satisfied with this truck.

This product was of very poor quality. The look of it was adorable, but when I finally got it, it was not so hot. The structure of it was weak; the decals were all messed up (I realize that that is cosmetic); and the directions were vague and incomplete. But worst of all, there were serious electric issues. I attempted to call the company (as it says on the directions), but only got an answering machine.It took the manufacturer two weeks to return my call, but, by that time, I had decided that this was not the quality of a product that I wanted my grandson to have.Don't waste your money or your time, for that matter.

Overall it is a good deal for the price but it is much slower than other 12 volts and gets struck easily on uneven ground even if it is hard dirt or light grass. I would suggest to get the two seat fire trucks out there for $100 more.

Did not live up to expectations. Worked for a while and then died. Grandson was very disappointed.

Runs great and battery lasts a long time. Stickers were difficult to apply and not cut to match toy curves.

Only drives well on flat concrete or road surface. Steering wheel comes off easily and when it does it rips out the wires that control the horn and other sound effects which cannot be repaired d/t wires being too short to begin with. Charger port is hard to access. An absolute and complete disappointment. Do not buy this junk for your child/grandchild. We own 3 other battery powered vehicles for our children and have not had any problems with any of them. All of them are at least five years old. This vehicle had issues from the first week.
