I have been taking this probiotic for about 4 months now after trying 2 other kinds with little success. It has provided a significant improvement to my digestive system. Taking this supplement has decreased the amount of time spent in the loo by quite a bit, giving me back so much freedom in my daily life. Now I just need to convince my husband to start taking this so he can regulate his bowels too! It’s a normal sized capsule with little to no taste or smell, easy to take with my daily morning medications.

I typically only order from garden of life products however this bottle was the least favorite. Not only was it constipating but I did not feel the effects “ less stress”. Almost feel like I was put on stress due to constantly being gassy.

A friend recommended the Garden of Life and I did some research. I am impressed by this product and my husband says it works for him too. It takes about 2 days and we both noticed improvement in our tummy's (not as much rumbles and grumbles) and it seemed to help us relax as well.I now am recommending this Garden of Life. You may find one that works for you but this one works for us.
