The cover is lovely, the green color is true and doesn't rub off, and the cover doesn't have that terrible "tanned leather smell". The enclosure has a lovely key anchor (no lock though). It gives the item a ceremonial feeling, and has become a great part of slowing me down and transitioning me from life to my focused joy of writing.The paper looks and feels aged, is of good quality (thick) and accepts ball point and India ink for calligraphy. Definitely, amazing value for the money. Thank you!

I bought this book to be a generational hand-me-down, upon the request of my daughter, who asked me to make a book of wisdom. I like the agelessness of a handmade book like this, which makes it more likely to be seen, used, appreciated, and added to along the years ahead.Upon first impressions, the crisp, beautiful green color, the sweet smell and feel of the soft leather and anachronistic design are intriguing. The smooth, firm and strong but soft hand-made pages in this book are a sheer PLEASURE to write on, especially for sensory people like me. The hand-binding is also tight and secure, so I feel that this book will last for a very long time, and there are plenty of pages for future generations to expand upon!Well done!

It has a nice feel when touching the cover, it feels as if your touching an old journal from medieval times and when you write in a foreign language in it it looks even cooler

This notebook is adorable and my son loves it. The leather cover smells and feels wonderful (its definitelyreal leather), and the pages are really pretty. It looks just like the product picture, and its quality is as expected.

I love the fryer edges and the texture of the pages. The wrap around key holder needed to close the book is just beautiful..I believe it’s what makes the product.

This journal is BEAUTIFUL & the craftsmanship is everything I could’ve hoped for BHOORI DEVI!!!Wish I could 5star it…Except, part of the leather binding is broken …therefore affecting the entire journal.I’m afraid to write in it (it’s killin me, I love it so much!) because I’m hoping they’ll exchange it for one that won’t fall apart! Then I WOULD GIVE 5⭐️ :(( not sure what to do!!!Guess I’ll hafta superglue it & suffer the consequences. :(

Definitely will order again. Purchased the blue one first and it was incredible. The blue was so bright with highlights. Wish the pink was just a little brighter. Definitely will use it. Definitely still like it.😊👍

I got these as a stocking gift along with a feather pen, and my kids thought it was so cool. I can’t say they’ve used it much but it’s nice even as a decoration

I ordered this journal and it is by far the nicest journal i’ve ever owned. I love a classic leather cover but let me tell you, the craftmanship is an absolute delight. It is beautifully presented. The pages are thick and strong and it is very pleasant to write on (no bleeding through the pages either). Whether you are searching for a centimental piece or just thinking of an impulse buy, your money is well spent here.

It's actually really good quality, from the leather to the paper...only issue is the pages don't add up to 200....but still...everything else about it is on point. Always wanted a diary like this...feels like am writing on some long lost mythical book
