Great Brand, Easy to Swallow and Digest When Taken as Prescribed
I have ordered several bottles of this 100mcg K2 Supplement to help with my Calcium absorption as suggested by my Physician. Nature Made is my go to Vitamin/Supplement Company and these small capsules are their usual great quality, easy to swallow, and taken as suggested with food, I havenโt had any side effects. There isnโt a bad taste or smell and I love that Nature Made makes an affordable K2 without Vitamin D3 because I already take it separately and is included in my Calcium for a total of 2000iu daily. My plasma Calcium levels have improved greatly since taking this a long with Citracal Calcium, and Vitamin D3โฆall which I get from Amazon!!

Good vitamin. Bottle only contains 30 tablets.
I like Nature Made vitamins and trust them. I take one K2 tablet every night with calcium citrate and D3. Only con is that there are only 30 tablets in the bottle so it disappears fast.

Vitamin K2 (different from K1) for directing calcium to bones
I have to take calcium and vitamin D supplements and started taking vitamin K2 after someone who works for a vitamin manufacturer suggested it. I read several medical articles about vitamin K2 and ordered this because Nature Made is USP tested and this K2 is the MK-7 subtype. When you hear about Vitamin K, it usually refers to K1, which helps blood coagulate. K2 has a different function, and helps direct calcium to your bones and teeth instead of to your arteries. Calcification inside arteries is a bad thing. K2 does not interfere with low dose aspirin to cause clotting problems, although it can interact with some blood thinners such as warfarin. Therefore discuss with your doctor before taking it if you are on any blood thinners. The little gel caps are easy to swallow and I've noticed no side effects. The bottle is large for the amount of capsules it contains, and I wish they sold it in larger quantities than 30.
