Doesn’t Fit! For the love of God, do not waste your money.!
This product has one job and it can’t even do that, the the rings are too big and won’t fit in the groove. I bought these a while back and I finally needed to replace one and tried to install every damn ring in the kit and none of them fit the anvil. I then realize I’ve never read the reviews for this product, I guess I just assume this is something that you really can’t screw up but boy was I wrong. Every other person that has purchased this product has the same problem. I blame myself for not reading the reviews. To the person that sells this product/manufacture you might want to actually look into correcting the issue and you might sell more of them. In the meantime, thanks for ripping me and everybody else that bought this product off.

Does not fit a Milwaukee 3/8 Stubby 12v impact
Nice little kit but the rings are too wide to fit the groove on the anvil of a Milwaukee 3/8 stubby 12V Impact. I had to shave some of the rings' width away to get it to fit into the groove. Not worth sending back so I will just trim them when I need them.

Do not buy if you have M12
Product does not fit m12 3/8 impact. The rings are to large to fit into grove. You will not be able to put socket on.

Tolerances aren't there. The friction ring was actually too large for an M18.
So there is something off about the tolerances of the friction rings. They were too wide to actually nest in the groove of my 3/8" M18's anvil, so they couldn't snap in deep enough for a socket to get on.I ended up ordering an actual milwaukee part, and using the installer from this kit to put it on. So that was nice. But the installer is just a large piece of dense close-cell foam cut to take a 3/8" anvil on one side and a 1/2" anvil on the other.Can't say if the rings actually fit other brands.

Exact fix
I had the anvil ring come off of my Milwaukee 3/8 drive baby impact. Super easy and cheap to replace with this kit.
