Q: Do the 4 silvers posts in the corners come off so we can spray paint them a different color?

Idk how easily they pop out but two of the four corners of mine have cracked over time and the magnets are ‘free’ now. It’s not good!

Q: Can it be installed on a kitchen backsplash?

If the backlash is magnetic, then yes. If not, you can try using putty.

Q: Will this stick on a fridge surface that's curved?

My fridge is slightly curved. But they will not stick on extremely curved items

Q: The 2 erasers it comes with, it leaves color on the fabric, how do you clean this without damaging them?

I don’t use the eraser! I use a paper towel to erase the board
