It does a good job keeping herbs in the refrigerator.
We saw this device on America's Test Kitchen. We find that our herbs either rot or dry out in the refrigerator crisper, so we decided to try this. So far, our observations are that this is a good improvement. It is a little difficult to clean if you want to really wash it out, and the plastic is just plastic. Don't drop it. But we are satisfied, and we recommend it.

Would be best for tall herbs
If I used it for bunches of fresh herbs that are tallish, works great. Not so good for short stalks, they fall over into the water so not useful for any smaller bundles of herbs

Gave this as a gift for Christmas to my sister and she told me the other day that she absolutely loves it!

Not worth the money
I purchased this particular one because of its endorsement on "America's Test Kitchen" but it was quite spendy without having much room. Can't recommend it all

Funktioniert sehr gut. Kräuter sind problemlos 7x Tage + x frisch. Der Topf passt bei mir problemlos in die Kühlschranktür und nimmt dadurch auch nur sehr wenig Platz ein. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Natty Little Gadget
Cut herbs really perk up when popped into this handy little herb keeper and they stay fresh for considerably longer. The sliding design makes it easy to place the herbs in the lower half of the keeper and then protect the leaves from damage when they're in the fridge once the clear section is raised.. Sizewise, it will hold up to 3x30g bags (or 2x100g bags) of leafy herbs like parsley, coriander and mint. If using the smaller bags you would probably have room for a standard bag of chives too. Two minor grumbles: 1. The clear section doesn't slide up and down as smoothly as portrayed in the product video. 2. It's a little awkward to clean because you can't separate the white and clear plastic sections to do so. Grumbles aside, this is a natty little addition to any kitchen. Wish I'd come across it years ago - it would have paid for itself countless times over. Recommended.
