It's perfect and firm, suports during exercise and while playing sports, if u want this choose correct size accordingly.

Dr. Ortho knee cap
The product is good. I ordered for M (medium) size as per the suggested specifications. However, it was a bit too tight which made it somewhat difficult to put on as also to remove. It may however loosen up a bit in course of usage and time. Otherwise, the product is recommended for knee joint pain.

Really comfortable for a XXL size person . The moment I put it on, I was really feeling good. Could walk slowly without limping in pain. Slowly gained momentum and walked comfortably. A real good product.

I ordered XL still too tight and small threads are coming from inside. It was more painful. Useless. Canโt even return now. Waste of money. Tynor size L fits better and more comfortable. I had so much itching after using it for just 20 mins.
