The online description was misleading. The socks appear much smaller then expected. They still may work they're just smaller than expected.

My husband just has wide big feet. It's been hard to find socks long enough and stretchy enough to go over his heel. These are great!

I’m not diabetic but who doesn’t want good comfortable socks to wear so I order diabetic socks. Really to me, diabetic socks are just those scrunchy socks from the 80’s. These are a smooth, plush sock with very minimal to seam protrusions. In fact, you can’t feel the seam line at all on the toes but you can at least feel the tiny knots on the ends of the seam line with your fingers but not with your toes. These are nicely made socks. The scrunchy part that covers the leg is more low pole meaning they are made to scrunch but have a thinner scrunch? It’s kind of hard to explain by some diabetic socks have a very thick, pillowy portion that comes up over the leg. That of course is to keep the socks from digging in if your legs swell. These are made the same but are not quite as thick. Kind of like the difference between a cotton ball and a feather duster. Feather dusters are more pillowy but these are also fluffy but not as fluffy as other diabetic socks I own. It isn’t a big deal at all and these are very nice socks and the portion that actually covers the foot is so wonderfully soft and smooth and plushy feeling. Diabetic or not, if you’re looking for comfie all day wear socks, these are awesome!

They fit perfect and are not too thick and allow me to wear my normal shoes!Yet they are excellent to prevent swelling of my legs!
