It’s really a beautiful soccer ball

Well made. Arrived as advertized.

First ball delivered deflated and flat. Visible glue in the ball’s seams. Hurts instep of foot to kick ball, left my foot bruised (yes I know how to properly kick a football/soccer ball), and also deflated over the course of my short duration playing with the ball. Second replacement ball didnt deflate as fast, but was of the same abysmal quality control and poor condition as the first ball. Returned ball over a week ago, the ball arrived to the third party vendor a week ago, and the vendor/seller still hadn’t processed a refund after my 10+ days of waiting. Amazon made me call them twice, wasted over half an hour of my time. And now I have to wait another 7 days, approximately, for a refund, according to their customer service representative. That’s almost 20 days, over half a month’s time for me to get a refund for two defective ball’s I was delivered. Horrendous customer service on Amazon’s behalf, and most especially the third party seller.

Remember, even though this is an official Adidas product, the seller is a separate person or store. I read several reviews saying that some orders never arrived or took over a month to be delivered. In my case, my **Al Rihla** ball did arrive yesterday, but it took almost a month. Unfortunately, the seller never responded to any of my messages, which made me worried throughout the entire process. The good news is that the ball is 100% authentic. It came with the official QR code, and the box arrived in perfect condition with no damage. Would I recommend this ball? **Absolutely—especially if you’re collecting FIFA World Cup match balls, since they’re becoming harder to find. Just be aware that buying from this seller is a bit of a gamble. My order arrived safely, but based on my experience and other reviews, there’s no guarantee of a smooth transaction.
