Can you wear this for long periods for time

I have worn mine for days at a time especially on long walks, I do take it off at nights and wash it out every couple of nights.

Could these be worn in ice skates for ankle support

I think this product is ideal to wear inside ice skates as long as their is plenty of room in the skate.

This doesn’t seem to adjust if you have slim ankles the Velcro is not wide enough to hold in place , or am I putting it on wrong

There is an instruction video on applying this very strap on the AskDoctorJo website. She has very slim ankles. This strap was hugely beneficial in enabling me to walk in the months of torture from plantar fascitis. Together with a Foot Massage Roller from Amazon which stretches the plantar fascia, I kept mobile. Good Luck.
