Good quality, excellent customer service.
Really good taste! I don't have to use nearly as much to get the strength of taste. No stomach upset or heartburn from this coffee! I highly recommend Fabula low acid coffee.

Crowd favorite coffee worth raving about
I made cold brew for the baby shower I was hosting and everyone kept RAVING about the coffee! It was a crowd favorite and I’m so pleased I went with this roast. Sooo yummy, perfectly strong, and very smooth. No hurt tummy, even on an empty stomach. I did wish I knew how to calculate the caffeine content per oz though :o) Here the method I used (makes a concentrate that you mix 1:1 ratio with water): 1.Measure out 120 grams (20 tbsp or 1.25 cups) of coffee and grind to a medium-coarse grind, similar to Kosher Salt. Place grounds into a clean mason jar. 2. Measure out 2.5 cups of room temperature, filtered water (591 grams / 591 ml). Add the water to the coffee in the mason jar, and stir coffee and water mixture thoroughly to ensure the grounds are fully saturated 3. Place a loose covering on the jar (a paper towel and rubber band works great and looks cute as a button). Let the coffee mixture sit overnight at room temp for 16-18 hours. 16 is my sweet spot. 4. Place a colander over a large bowl and line it with a paper towel; then gently pre-wet the paper towel with filtered, cold water. Let the water drain completely. 5. Dump out the water from the bowl and place the colander back on the bowl. 6. Remove covering from the mason jar, and stir the coffee mixture in the mason jar thoroughly to get an even mixture throughout. 7. Gently pour the coffee mixture into the colander, and smooth out the grounds if not level. Knock out any remaining grounds into the colander. Let drain completely. 8. Once drained, pour 4 oz (half cup / 118 ml) of room temperature, filtered water over the grounds and let drain completely. This rinses the grounds, releasing the rest of that delicious Cold Brew. Remove colander and set aside. 9. Pour the Cold Brew concentrate into a clean mason jar and secure with a lid. Store the concentrate in the refrigerator and drink within 7-10 days. 10. Cut concentrate with water to your desired taste and drink on ice (recommended 1:1 ratio). (Recipe credit and instructions obtained from Stumptown Coffee Roasters)

Absolutely Gross
I don’t know how this coffee got such high ratings. It tastes absolutely terrible. It tastes as bad as Dunkin Donuts decaf coffee. I don’t care about the low acidity when this is what the taste is like. It isn’t fresh at all. It tastes like it’s 1-2 weeks old. Even pairing it with creamer and/or sugar doesn’t help anything. I’d you want a black caffeinated beverage, buy literally any other brand but this.

Too expensive if you are retired
Delicious coffee, but too expensive for someone on a fixed budget.

Delicious coffee worth the price
This is my favorite coffee and I’ve tried coffees from all over the world. It’s smooth and not bitter.

Pros and Cons but the price doesn't match expectations
I was intrigued by this and after trying for some time here's what I can say: -"No mold" While an intriguing claim, I'm not sure how to prove or disprove. Logically, I dobut there's mold in all other coffee, everyone would be getting pretty sick. And knocking ALL your competition isn't the way to get off the ground; focusing on your superior product offering is. -Low acid: Very true, doesn't taste acidic at all & very low aftertaste -Flavor: non-existant - Hazlenut In the end, it has zero aftertaste or acidity, but the taste is quite watered down and bland. I believe the value may be in the "Single Origin" of the coffee. There's a local shop I get coffee at that brews single origin and their coffee is incredibly smooth, zero aftertaste and low acidity However, at a 200%-300% premium from any significant competitors I can't get behind it. I think if the flavor were better and flavor were stronger Fabula could give me more reason. The price point demand perfection. $20 a bag may land this among fans.
