HTG Fire + Ice Pack with Strap for Hot and Cold Therapy

I bought this for recovery from an abdominal hysterectomy. This has been the best! It defrosts just enough to be soft and comfy, and covers the whole area I need it for. The strap is sturdy, the velcro is too, and it's adjustable enough to fit a wide range of sizes. We have already used it for other aches and pains (husband hurt his wrist) too - I'm not sure why we never had one before! Definitely a handy thing to have around!

This product is amazing. As a sports medicine professional, it very useful to have a pack that can both heat and cook, as well as be strapped on. It's very comfortable and excellent quality. I definitely suggest this pack for anyone, especially active individuals.

Quality Product built to last. I like the fact that you can use it cold for inflammation or just cold sore muscles. The Velcro strap works great for lower back or shoulders. I highly recommend it.

This pack is perfect for ankle injury. Easy to heat up and wrap.

Pack was excellent and I feel it really helped me out with soreness and pain - but is starting to develop holes after less-than-regular usage in four months.
